Wheelie Clean - Customer Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Wheelie Clean! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Options

Wheelie Clean offers two types of services:

• One-Off Clean - A single, non-recurring bin clean.
• Subscription Cleans - Available every 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 16 weeks or 32 weeks, for domestic and recycling bins.

2. Payments

• For subscription services, payment is collected or an invoice sent a few days before your clean date.
• For one-off cleans, payment is taken at the time of booking.
• All payments are securely processed online.

3. Refunds & Job Status

• If a cleaner account is removed, any upcoming scheduled cleans will be satisfied by the cleaner.
• If a scheduled clean is skipped:
  • It will be carried over to the next billing cycle for ongoing subscriptions.
  • Or refunded if it was a one-off clean or initial clean.
• No charge will be applied for skipped jobs.
• It may take 5-10 business days for refunds to settle in your bank account minus card processing and platform fees.

4. Subscription Management

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee.
• Upon cancellation, no further payments will be collected.
• Any cleans already paid will be satisfied unless manually declined by the cleaner (in which case you shall receive a refund).

5. Waste Water Disposal

• Cleaners will dispose of waste water on the customer's property (e.g., into an external drain) only if prior agreement is given by the customer.
• If no such access or agreement is in place, waste water will be removed and disposed of responsibly, in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to bins on scheduled cleaning days.
• Notify us of any gate codes, locked access, or location-specific instructions.
• Maintain accurate billing and contact information.

8. Changes to Terms

Wheelie Clean reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
